The growing Consumer Support team at Mindbody was stretched thin. I worked with the head of the department to establish quality assurance guidelines for her team. A voice and tone guide followed, then e-learning courses to improve the writing skills of her agents.

Teaching grammar can be dry. This quirky trick makes a pesky problem with passive voice easier to attack (with zombies).
